I had the absolute honour of photographing Emily and Rob’s big day and, oh my, it was fabulous. This beautiful pair got married at Bartholomew Barn on a, not so sunny, Sunday! Even though it rained for most of the day, this didn’t stop these two love birds celebrating their marriage in style. Emily looked incredible in her custom made wedding dress (which, I would like to add, she designed herself!!) and Rob didn’t scrub up too badly either…

Emily mentioned on numerous occasions that neither herself nor Rob were particularly photogenic and this let me to believe that I wouldn’t get a huge number of couple shots. How wrong was I? These two have to have been be two of the easiest people to photograph. Their love for each other is so pure and crazy stupid that it radiated out of them and I frikin’ loved it!

In all honesty, E&R are one of the nicest couples you could wish to meet. Not only did they give me a shot at proving myself in the wedding industry, they also made me feel so incredibly welcome. Bartholomew barn is a beautiful venue and I was surrounded by beautiful people, so safe to say this day was a peace of cake!
